Filet Mignon saddled with a sauté of mushroom and onion, fired with a chipotle pepper demi, with a hint of cilantro.
Maitre D'Steaks - Choice of Ribeye or Striploin
USDA choice age beef grilled to perfection and highlighted with a porcini shallot herb butter and accented with a chateaubriand sauce.
Snapper Bonaparte
Gulf Snapper fillet sautéed and topped with shrimp, crabmeat, peppers and lemon, accented with chives, tomatoes and artichoke sauce.
Poblano Salmon
Salmon Filet pan seared to perfection, atop fresh avocado slices, highlighted with creamy roasted poblano sauce.
Alfredo Pasta
Prepared Alfredo style. Accompanied with breast of chicken or large gulf shrimp highlighted with a garlic and white wine sauce.

Pork Chops
Frenched Chops marinated, pan seared and finished in oven accompanied with a sauté of mushroom, artichoke and tomatoes. Finished off with a creamy dijon buerre blanc.
